To access the paid for fund and model portfolio research as part of Algo-Chain's service you will need to first register your details, including your full name and email address, before being directed to sign up to one of our subscription plans.

The login and password distributed to you to access the website and all relevant data are strictly personal and confidential and may only be used by you.

The fee payable depends on which subscription service you sign up for and whether you pay on a monthly basis or instead choose to take advantage of the discount on offer for an annual subscription and pay the full amount up front.

Each subscription plan will automatically renew at the end of the duration of your chosen plan unless you explicitly choose to cancel your contract. At any time, you can cancel your subscription from within your account area. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current term (usually monthly, unless you opted for a discounted annual plan).

For the Model Portfolio Workbench plan, if you cancel within the first 30 days, you will receive a pro-rata amount at the non-discounted rate. For this, please send us an email explaining why you would like to cancel and the plan you have signed up for.

There will be occasions when access to Algo-Chain's web site service will be briefly unavailable as a result of web site maintenance and service upgrades. On other occasions lack of access may result from the failure of hardware or lack of internet connectivity. Nonetheless, we will use reasonable endeavours to minimize all disruption to the end user and to maximize the uptime of the service provided.

The research content provided by Algo-Chain will evolve through time, as a result we may find it necessary to remove content or certain services without prior notice or liability. In such circumstances any fees paid in advance will be refunded at our sole discretion on a pro-rata basis for any significant reduction of content or services.

Either party who becomes aware of a Force Majeure Event which gives rise to, or which is likely to give rise to, any failure or delay in performing its obligations under the Subscription Agreement, will forthwith notify the other; and will inform the other of the estimated period that such failure or delay will continue, while taking reasonable steps to alleviate the effects of the Force Majeure Event.
